People are always complaining about how they just don’t feel good. A big reason for this is our body is just full of toxins. Toxins are a bad thing to have in our bodies.  Toxins are what make us feel tired. They can sometimes contribute to breakouts in our skin.  Toxins can even make someone feel like they’re sick with the flu. If your constipated it could be because of those same toxins.

So you can see it’s important that if we have toxins in our body that we detox ourselves.  This is becoming more and more popular as people learn of the benefits of detoxing and getting those horrible poisons out of us.

Juicer Detox Recipes

Did you know that by using your electric juicer and a good recipe you can get toxins out of your body with a drink.  If you make these drinks every day and improve your eating habits those toxins are going to go away. You’ll be detoxed.

Here are two juicer detox recipes that you can use to help get you started on the path to detox.

Recipe one:

Ingredients
2-5 peaches

Just cut up your peaches so that they can fit in the juicer.  Juice them.  Your drink is done.  This is a real simple drink to clean you up on the inside.

Recipe two:

Ingredients
Fresh mint or basil
1 carrot
2-3 celery sticks
Apple

This detox recipe is a little bit more complicated and takes some more time. However it packs a little bit more punch than our first recipe.

When your start detoxing you may not feel good.  In fact you could feel achy in your body.  This is a sign that you’re stirring those toxins.  However when you get over this stage of the detox you’re going to start to feel better than you have in a long time.
