Ingredients:
2-3 Carrots
1/2 - Whole Apple (Red or Green)
The two to three carrots provide your juiced drink the nutritional kick that we are looking for. While the apple is very healthy with nutrition it provides something else that is very important. Taste! Drinking carrot juice without ingredients for taste can be difficult to enjoy.
Now take the skin off the carrots. If the carrots are thick cut them up in quarters. After you wash off your apple slice it up so that it can fit in the juicer.
If you want to experiment a little with the taste of your drink I’ve also thrown several strawberries into my carrot juice mix which adds a great taste.
